Note: This is a Hybrid role with 4 days of on-site work and 1 day of WFH work. Please apply ONLY if you’re able to commute/work on-site in Cambridge, ON, four days a week.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in developing, debugging, and deploying applications.
- Hands-on experience in developing REST API using Java and Spring Boot is a must.
- Hands-on experience in writing Junit tests.
- Experience implementing high-performance and responsiveness of APIs.
- Experience implementing security and data protection measures in API design.
- Integrate APIs with external systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience in deploying applications using Docker.
Skills and Experience:
- Able to work collaboratively with the team.
- Comfort working directly with End Users to support issues or elicit new requirements is essential.
- Must be familiar with Jira.
- Good oral and written communication skills is a must.
Long-term contract, with potential for year over year renewal.
