Note: This is a Hybrid role with 4 days of on-site work and 1 day of WFH work. Only apply if you’re comfortable being on-site in Cambridge, ON, four days a week.

The role primarily involves Windows & Red Hat Server Administration and support for Microsoft Office 365, handling both technical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include daily incident management, troubleshooting, system deployment and upgrades, managing customer requests, and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory support, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents, analyze root cause, implement changes, and handle customer requests efficiently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Microsoft Teams, VMware, Red Hat, Ansible, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Professional Skills: Effective communication, project management experience, customer-first approach, and contribution to documentation.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with NetApp, Cisco IP support, Cohesity, Nutanix, and ServiceNow
